EuroIbiza in Fitur

Euroibiza 2010 will be launched in FITUR as one of the most relevant sport events on Ibiza.

After two very successful editions, our sport event for European and Middle East students is receiving full support from the authorities of Ibiza. During the 22nd, 23rd and 24th of January, Euroibiza was launched in the most important tourism and leisure fair of Spain, FITUR.

The President of Ibiza’s Consell Xico; Tarrés Marí, Sant Antoni’s Mayor; Joan Pantaleoni Rosell, the Tourism City Councilor; Jose Ramón Serra and the football player; Santi Denia, represent the event during the Fair.

 

Offering the highest services in a privileged environment has been the key for the success of the event. Participants have been enjoying this combination between sport and Ibiza’s culture, and therefore were in 2010 expecting a great number of participants coming from universities from all Europe and Middle East.

 

New sports, leisure activities and serious improvements in results management, referees and hosting will be introduced in this year’s edition. Without the support from the Local Administration all these improvements would not have been possible. As an example, EuroIbiza has been selected as the most modern and innovative event of Ibiza representing the island in FITUR.
