1. Can you participate if you are not part of the University’s team?

At first the tournament is focused on official university teams, but we also accept independent teams, only if at least 75% of the team is coursing a Bachelors degree, graduate studies or Doctorate thesis. Our objective is to promote sports and the intercultural relations. This is why we try to accept all of those who go along with this philosophy. Also, sometimes there are brilliant teams that we cannot cease to recognize.

2. Can I participate with the team of my College Residence?

Yes. We understand that they are key in the college world due to the promotion of sport activities and sharing that comprise with our ideas.

3. Can a member participate in more than one sport?

Yes he can, in that case we are responsible that his schedule fits in order to not have overlapping games.

4. What level are the referees?

All of them are professional.

5. Do I have to wear a uniform?

Yes. It’s fundamental that each team is distinguished from others through their own uniforms and team numbers. Each team will choose its design, logos in relation to the university they come from. We will give identification badges in case that the competing teams’ colors are similar.

6. Can we bring supporters?

We think that part of the environment is created by friends of other areas that will cheer for your team while it’s their time to compete. There are also others who only come to cheer for competing teams; 25% of your delegation can be supporters. You can often come with trainers, professors or deans. This official representation of your delegation does not count for the 25% limit.

7. For every other sport, is it possible to have more than one team?

Yes, the only condition is that they should have different team names.

8. How can I organize our trip?

It’s easy. Get together with your group of friends, or your University's team, Buy your plane tickets and give 25% of the total cost as a guarantee and PRE- reservation. there is a deadline to pay for the total cost.

9. Do we get the PRE-reservation money (25%) in case the trip is canceled?

NO. We are assuring and guaranteeing a place for you. In case you cancel your trip, we will have lost the opportunity to bring other people, instead of you.

10. What will we find when we land on the airport?

There will be people waiting for you in the airport. Besides, you we will have a specific member of the crew designated to you, so you can ask any questions at any time. Each team, or group, will have their own consulting member.
