Once you have sent us the application form, you must pay the 25% of the participation fee of your team in order to confirm your place.

The remaining 75% payment will have to be fulfilled before April 2nd. EuroIbiza Staff will not guarantee team registrations if they don’t complete the payment before the established date.

Cancellation Policy of the remaining 75%:

• 100% refund: Before April 2nd.
• 50% refund: Before April 9th.
• 25% refund: Before April 16th. There will be no more refunds after this date.
